This release brings enhancements to contract management, address matching, inventory customization, and technician workflows. It also includes improvements to the Work Order experience and new capabilities across the Network and Checkout modules.

Upload signed contracts to properties
You can now upload signed contracts directly to a property. These contracts are tracked in the Reporting module.To enable this feature, contact support@gaiia.com.
Checkout
- Improved address matching during checkout
Gaiia now automatically reconciles common formatting differences in serviceable addresses (e.g., Street vs. St).
Network
- You can now assign/unassign an IP address for an account directly in the UI.
Inventory
- New URL field type
You can now define a URL as a custom field in inventory items. These links are clickable.
Workforce
- New Technician Teams feature
You can now group technicians into teams. Learn more. - Filter work orders by Technician Team
The Schedule view now includes a filter for Technician Teams. - Rescheduled work order items now appear in the Order Queue.
