Viewing Account's subscriptions

Overview

This article explains how to view subscriptions that are no longer active. By default, gaiia only displays active subscriptions, but you can adjust filters or check subscription details to see when they were assigned, unassigned, or suspended.

 

Using the filter menu

The filter menu at the top of the Subscriptions page lets you control what types of subscriptions are shown. The default is Assigned, but you can change it to display other statuses, including Unassigned and All.

  1. Open the customer account you want to review
  2. Go to the Billing tab
  3. Click on the Subscriptions sub-tab
  4. Click on the filter dropdown near the top-right corner of the section
  5. Select All to display every subscription, or choose Unassigned to see only the ones no longer active

Subscription visibility will update immediately after changing the filter.

 

Checking assignment dates

You can also open a subscription to review when it was assigned or unassigned. For this:

  1. Click on a subscription to open its detail view
  2. Hover over the Assigned since, Unassigned since or Suspended since label

A tooltip will appear with the exact date and time when the status change occurred.
