Overview

This release introduces several usability improvements across the platform — including a new General Information widget in the account overview, richer formatting options for client-facing content, new logic to prevent billing misconfigurations, and updates to the workforce app.

User interface

  • Added a General Information widget to the account overview page. It highlights the physical address and any linked property directly, so users no longer need to open the Contact tab to access this information.

Checkout & Client Portal

  • You can now format the product description that appears in the Checkout and Client Portal using basic markdown:
    • Bold: *text*
    • Italic: _text_
    • Hyperlink: [text](link)

  • In the Client Portal, we now display the broader appointment timeframe (instead of just the start time).

This behavior is configurable. In the admin panel, you can now choose whether to display the technician’s estimated arrival or the preset arrival window.

Billing

  • Added an option to Prorate shared subscriptions when creating them. This option appears as a checkbox.

  • Added the Communications tab to the property group manager.
  • Added logic to prevent unsupported share configurations — for example, when an annual subscription is shared with an organization that is billed monthly.
  • Updated the label from “Override monthly price” to “Price override”.
  • The CREDIT_APPLIED entry in activity logs now shows more accurate labels: “Discount” or “Payment”.
  • The Reply template drop-down when sending customer communications is now sorted alphabetically.
  • Internal notes are now mandatory when applying check payments.

Workforce

  • Work orders can now be rescheduled using an Action Button of the work order.
  • In the Field Service App, we renamed the tab headers from Upcoming/Completed to Open/Closed.
  • [Fixed] The navigation bar at the bottom of the Field Service App no longer overlaps screen elements or hides work type edit buttons.
