Overview
This release brings improvements to checkout reliability, better support for shared subscriptions in MDUs, analytics, and invoice communication. It also includes updates to activity logging for better visibility.
User interface
Accounts
- [Activity Log] The Work Order activity is now included in the Activity Log of gaiia Accounts.
Checkout
- [Fixed] Resolved an issue where the Close (X) and Cancel buttons in the plan change modal were unresponsive in some cases. Users no longer need to click 'Reset' and then continue to exit the modal.
Billing
- [Shared Subscriptions] Updated logic for MDUs using the full amount paid by group invoice setting. When adding a new subscription, the Share checkbox is now selected by default and pre-fills a 100/0 split.
- [Paymentus] Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payments that cannot be matched to an account can now be assigned manually through the Unlinked Payments module.
Communication
- Added new merge tags Shared Subscriptions (of the owner):

Analytics
- The following reports have been added to support account analysis and delinquency tracking:
- Delinquency Report: Shows relationships between parent and child accounts.
- Duplicate Email Report: Lists accounts with duplicate emails and flags parent/child structures.
- Available Funds History: A report to assess historical available funds on accounts.
- Autopay Status: Identifies accounts on or off autopay.
