This release includes interface improvements for better readability, a new way to identify address coverage areas, and key updates to billing and workforce features.

User interface
- Improved label readability
Tooltips now appear when a label is cut off in the Account table, so users can view the full label text. - Added Coverage Area to Addresses
The address side panel now displays matching coverage areas for the selected address, from both Product and Workforce modules.
Billing
- Call detail log report
Added a new report to help customers troubleshoot specific calls on their own. - [Fixed] Resolved an issue where cancelled voice subscriptions were still being charged.
Workforce
Field Service 1.9.0
The option to set the En route button is now available on all assigned work orders.
Previously and by default, users could only be en route to one work order at a time.This feature is behind a flag. Contact support to enable it.
