We’ve made it easier to select a close reason by making the drop-down searchable.

You can now edit the Upload and Download speeds of all products under the Internet Plan categories

[Scheduling] Improved technician availability logic in checkout to include drive time when loading appointment time slots.

[Work Orders] Optional Notification on Work Order Assignment
When assigning a work order to a technician, you’ll now see an option to notify the customer and/or the technician. This update gives you more control by allowing you to enable or skip the technician notification.
This notification will only be sent if the Work order assigned to account template is enabled in Settings > Communication > System Communication.
