Overview
This release included updates across Checkout, Client Portal, Billing, and Workforce. Highlights included a mandatory account type selection in checkout, improvements to discount logic, and better sync behavior in the mobile app.
Checkout
- Now requires customers to select an Account Type before displaying products during checkout.
- Moved externally-available products to the end of the product list in checkout.
- [Fixed] Ensured the Verify another address link correctly redirects to the address search form.
Client Portal
- [Fixed] Now properly displays the products when submitting a speed change based on Account Type (e.g. commercial, residential).
Billing
- Updated discount eligibility logic to:
- Include the end date in the eligibility period.
- Respect the organization's timezone when checking discount eligibility.
- Clarified the copy for the Delinquency minimum due setting: “Minimum overdue balance required to mark an account delinquent.”
- Enabled support for different Paymentus convenience fees based on customer type.
- Added the ability to specify a payment date when logging Cash, Check, or Other payments.
- Added the linked refund transaction to their original payments.
- Preserved filters applied to the Delinquents list when returning to the view.
- Displays discounts with a negative sign in the Subscriptions view of an account.
Workforce
- Added the ability to Create Time Blockers directly from the Schedule page.
- [Fixed] Synced the Set as active status between Android and iOS devices for the same technician and instance.
