Overview
This release introduced improvements across Checkout, Client Portal, Billing, Network, Admin Settings and Workflows. Users can expect better customization options, clearer navigation, and expanded self-serve capabilities.
Product Update
Checkout
- Enabled tenants to display detailed promo code descriptions at checkout
Client Portal
- Added support for customers to add or remove add-ons directly from the Client Portal.
This feature is not automatically available to all organizations. Contact us if you'd like it enabled for your tenant. We might need some planning on our side to enable the feature for a few exceptional cases.
Billing
- Added the ability to override the Auto Pay setting when configured with a "relative" value (e.g. 5 days after invoice date).
Network
- Improved the interface for managing upstream and downstream device relationships:
- Displayed all linked devices in a list format
- Supported multiple upstream devices
- Allowed assignment of upstream and/or downstream devices from the same interface
Admin Settings
- Added the Documents permission to business accounts.
Workflows
- Updated the navigation layout to a sidebar design, improving visibility while editing, versioning and managing drafts.
