Release Notes: January 7th, 2026

Overview

This release includes improvements across Billing, Network, Workforce, and Tickets. It introduces new permission settings, enhances device relationship management, and resolves a modal error in Workforce.

Billing

• [IPPay] Store the zip code associated with the payment method to help reduce payment declines when a zip code is required.

Network

• Improved UI for upstream/downstream relationships:
  • View everything as a list
  • Support multiple upstream devices
  • Assign upstream and/or downstream devices

Workforce

• [Fixed] Prevent an issue where the “Assign secondary technician” modal error message could appear when there were no available technicians.

Tickets

• New permission settings in the Tickets module:
  • Separated View and Edit permissions
  • Added a new Settings permission

• If tags are enabled in the organization, tags are now required in creation forms for supported entities (accounts, groups, business accounts).
