Introduced a new template to detect workflow failures and notify teams via Email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. Learn more.

Invoice visibility:
- Now display the invoice total alongside the amount due in the invoices list.
- Now shows the applied payment amount when a payment is applied.
- Now display the invoice total alongside the amount due in the invoices list.
Tickets
- Bulk ticket type updates: Enabled ticket types to be updated in bulk directly from the Tickets table (Select tickets → Actions → Edit type).
Projects
- Internal-only comments: Enabled team members to leave internal-only comments on Projects to support collaboration without exposing notes to customers.
