Release Notes: January 19th, 2026

Overview

This release includes a series of platform improvements and a refreshed visual update as part of gaiia’s broader design enhancements. Updates span UI refinements, expanded network visibility, and functional improvements across Workforce, Billing, Inventory, and the API to support smoother day-to-day operations.

Product update

User Interface

• Updated tag colours across key areas in gaiia, including Inventory categories and status tags in Orders, Accounts, and Tickets.
  
• Added default start and target dates configuration to Project types
  When configured, new projects will auto-populate the start date with the current date and set the target date based on a specified number of days, weeks, or months.

Workforce

• Service Planning
  The Data Visualization Project is now available (Workforce > Service planning.)

Billing

• [Fixed] Resolved an issue where suspended voice subscriptions were still being charged when there was usage during the suspended period.

Network

• Added impacted accounts by network sites (based on downstream relationships) to Incident Manager.
• Added impacted accounts by properties to Incident Manager.
• Added Linked Devices to the network equipment inventory to show direct neighbour visualizations in either a list or a flowchart.
  
  

Inventory

• Equipment can now be assigned to Addresses.

API

• The createAccount mutation now supports nationalAddressIdentifier (e.g., UPRN).
