Overview
This release includes improvements across the platform, from more control over exports and internal ticket templates to appointment scheduling in the Client Portal. We’ve also improved scheduling actions and addressed a few visual and technical bugs.
Product update
User interface
- Added a confirmation modal when clicking Export Accounts to prevent accidental downloads of large CSV files.
Checkout
- [Fixed] Better handling of addresses with 0/0 (lat/long) coordinates during checkout.
Client Portal
- Referral reward details now appear on both the Overview and Referrals pages.
- Customers can now schedule appointments for pending work orders in the portal.
The client portal appointment reschedule requires specific workflows. Reach out to gaiia Support to enable it for your organization.
Billing
- Improved delinquency handling: if a pending payment is applied, the account will temporarily exit delinquency during the configured grace period. The account status will update based on the payment's outcome.
Workforce
- Added a Delete action to the Schedules page for Time blocker.
- Updated work order colours to match the new tag design.
- [Fixed] Dark mode text contrast issue on the Schedules screen.
Tickets
- Added Internal Ticket Templates.
