Overview
This release introduces workflow version history, billing automation improvements, expanded inventory visibility, and several ticketing enhancements. It also includes improved logging across network incidents and inventory activities.
Product Update
Workflow
- Added version history to view all previous versions of workflows. Find more details about it here: Workflow Version History

Billing
- Improved error messages for payment processors.
- Added a billing setting "Generate invoice for all uninvoiced transactions upon reactivation" to automatically generate invoices when delinquent or suspended accounts are reactivated. This captures prorated charges and uninvoiced debits.
Network
- Added activity logs to incidents.
Inventory
- Enabled the Equipment tab on Property > Unit pages. Inventory can now be assigned to units.
- Added initiating user information in inventory-related activity logs.
- Improved visibility of linked device details.
Tickets
- Added the ability to link tickets to work orders directly from the side panel.
- Added the ability to update the ticket type, even if it was not set during creation.
- Enhanced the ticket side panel with the ability to directly edit categories.
