Overview
This release introduces improvements across Workflows, Billing and Workforce. We’ve enhanced visibility in key areas of the platform, expanded accounting and tax configuration options, introduced new workflow capabilities, and improved notification flexibility. Several fixes were also deployed to improve stability and filtering accuracy in Workforce.

- Improved visibility for Address custom fields.
Workflow
- Improved workflow version and execution visibility.
- Added the ability to restore and publish previous versions of workflows.
Notifications
- Enhanced the "Technician on the way" notification by enabling ETA and time-to-destination merge tags.

Billing
- Added tax configuration to support revenue threshold exemptions.
- Added GL code classification to support additional accounting attributes in reporting.
- Added the ability to select which invoice a manual payment is applied to.
- Added support for price overrides on shared subscriptions.
- Added a new global billing setting, Move a customer out of delinquency for pending payments, which controls whether a pending payment automatically resolves delinquency.
This setting is disabled by default to avoid disrupting existing workflows.
If enabled:- A reactivation flow runs immediately when a pending payment is received.
- A grace period is applied to delay delinquency from occurring again.
- [Fixed] Delinquency on Inactive Accounts
Fixed an issue where delinquency, specifically the "Suspension" workflow, was triggered on inactive accounts.
The updated logic:- Checks whether the billing cycle is enabled before running the "Suspension" delinquency workflow.
If the billing cycle is disabled, the account is placed in the delinquency step "NEW" instead.
Network
- Added depth control for the Network topology graph.
Inventory
- Added the ability to view linked devices directly from the Inventory item details page.
Workforce
- Added Workforce Custom Views to Schedules, Technicians and Work orders pages.
- Added a new Settings page in the Field Service app.
- [Fixed] Auto-assign availability query now properly returns the right number of timeslots instead of 230.
- [Fixed] Fixed filtering issues in the Work Orders tab for commercial accounts, accounts, and network sites.
- [Fixed] Search field and filters on the Technicians and Work Orders pages are now working again as they should.
Tickets
- Added the ability to add and remove linked entities directly from the Ticket side panel.
