Overview
This release includes improvements across the User interface, Billing, Workforce, Workflow, and Checkout modules. The update focuses on improving flexibility, expanding API capabilities, and resolving minor issues with referrals.
Product Update
User interface
- Improved ticket editing, more details in this article.
- Added the ability to update communication and document template names.
Billing
- Added a new account billing setting, “The account cannot become delinquent,” to exclude certain accounts from becoming delinquent, including in account type billing setting templates.
Disabled by default. - Added support for refunds through IVR for PaymentUs.
- [Fixed] Prevented inactive accounts from being suspended for delinquency.
Workforce
- Added technician team permission.

Workflow
- Added the ability to delete workflows.
Checkout
- Added Order Attribution, more details in this article.
- Added contract term length, effective, and expiration dates in checkout.
- [Fixed] Hide the Client Portal showed the Referrals navigation when referrals were disabled.
- [Fixed] Added the Referral descriptions where they were missing in the review summary of discounts.
API
- Added an API v1 endpoint to add payment methods.
- Added a new API v1 mutation to create IP assignments.
