Overview
This release includes improvements to checkout, billing behavior, workflow building, and several UI enhancements across the platform. It also introduces new flexibility for product management and invoice creation, along with API enhancements.
Product Updates
User interface
- Added the address UUID to the details sidebar of an address.
- [Fixed] Fixed Line break issue in ticket comments, account notes and workforce notes.
Checkout
- Added ACH support in checkout for tenants using Stripe.

Workforce
- Added an “Add to Calendar” widget in email notifications.
Notifications
- Added support for the
formattedEquipmentsmerge tag in the Return Shipment Completed communication template.
Workflow
- Added copy and paste functionality for workflow nodes in Builder Alpha.

Billing
- Allowed one-time product, subscription debits, and discounts to use any price value (previously, it was only a lower value than the set price).
- Allowed autopay to be run on manual invoices.
- Added an Invoice Description field to one-time debit modals so users can override the item description on an invoice.
- [Fixed] Corrected the activity log so autopay entries display the correct credit card details.
- [Fixed] Improved autopay behavior so late fees and delinquency fees do not immediately trigger autopay, and invoices follow the account’s autopay settings.
Products
- Added the ability to rename a product.
Tickets
- Re-introduced the ability to edit linked entities on External Tickets to the ticket sidebar.
- [Fixed] Fixed Attachments failing when the filename has spaces
API
- Added order attribution fields to the API v1 Order entity.
