Overview

This release introduces improvements across the platform, including enhanced billing controls, expanded API coverage, workflow flexibility, and user interface updates. It also includes performance improvements for large accounts and new capabilities for work order management.

 

Product updates

 

User interface

  • Added an address search component to quickly find and select existing saved addresses when creating or updating an account.

  • Users can now delete notes created by gaiia-bot.

 

Notifications

  • Added Location merge {{workOrder.locationName}} to technician work order assignment notification templates.

 

Billing

  • Added new permissions to control Accounts > invoices and Billing > Transactions actions.
  • Added the ability to mass update subscriptions.

  • Added support for automatic payment refunds upon cancellation using Workflows.
  • Improved performance for accounts with 250+ subscriptions, including a “load more” option for invoice rows and clearer feedback during invoice PDF generation.

  • Added the ability to define taxes based on predefined coverage areas from the Product Catalog.

Workforce

  • Expanded Custom Work Order Statuses capabilities:
    • Status data is now available in Snowflake for reporting.
    • Status IDs are now queryable via API v1.
    • Custom Status can now be used as an input in the Update Work Order workflow node.

  • Added an automated fail-flow email template when auto-assignment fails during checkout.

  • [Fixed] Now properly displays the “Unsaved changes” warning when leaving the Schedule page with a pending work order assignment.

 

API

  • Added public API coverage for Network Sites.
  • Added public API coverage for Incidents.

 

Inventory

  • Added support for linking inventory items to other inventory items via Network Ports.

  • Mass actions on Tickets
  • A visual refresh of the Client Portal and Checkout.
  • A global navigation breadcrumb to improve navigation context.
  • A new visual for Tooltips and truncation.
  • Workflow Drafts to allow saving, testing, and publishing workflows without modifying live versions.
