These notes represent a projection of upcoming changes over the next few weeks. Timelines may vary, and details may evolve. We may also update this article with additional information once features are fully released.

User Interface

  • Continued rollout of some new design tokens and UI components across customer experiences (including Checkout), improving consistency and overall look and feel.

 

Workforce

  • Arrival windows: New appointment arrival window configuration, with updates across Checkout, Client Portal, internal scheduling, notifications, calendar attachments, and workflow events.
  • Custom Work Order Statuses: More details in the article.

 

Workflow

  • Organization & launching: Introduction of workflow labels for easier management, along with a refreshed workflow launcher for workflow-native tenants.
  • AI Assistant: AI Assistant in the Workflow Builder (enabled on demand only).

 

Client Portal

  • Extended Google Tag Manager support, enabling tenant-configured widgets (such as live chat) and additional integrations.

 

Checkout

  • Added support for promo codes via shareable links that pre-populate the code at checkout.

 

Inventory

  • Incidents with human-readable IDs.
  • Expanded manual IP management (including network site equipment).

 

Billing

  • Alignment of delinquency and overdue timing to prevent accounts from becoming delinquent before invoices are officially marked as overdue.
