Overview
The Reports page organizes your pre-built reports by category so you can quickly find the data you need. This article is part of the new Analytics experience, currently in Research Preview.
In this article, we'll be covering how to open the Reports page, browse by category, and open an individual report.
Open the Reports page
- From the main navigation, select Reports.
- Confirm you're in the new experience — you'll see the purple Research Preview badge beside the page title.
If you don't see the new experience, check that the Legacy reports toggle in the top-right corner is turned off.
Browse reports by category
Reports are grouped into categories, each shown with a short description and the number of reports it contains. You'll only see the categories your organization has access to. Categories include:
- Accounting — Financial statements, revenue recognition, and accounting exports.
- Accounts — Customer accounts, growth, churn, and lifecycle metrics.
- Billing — Invoices, payments, and billing performance.
- Checkout — Online checkout funnels, conversions, and orders.
- Inventory — Equipment, stock levels, and asset tracking.
- Network — Network sites, devices, and connectivity health.
- Properties — Properties, units, and serviceability coverage.
- Tickets — Support tickets, resolution times, and trends.
- Workforce — Field operations, work orders, and technician activity.
- Custom reports — Create your own reports and dashboards.
Open a report
- Select a category to see the reports it contains.
- Select a report from the list to open it.
Each category lists its reports with the following details:
- Report Name
- Description
- Created At
- Last Updated
To find a specific report quickly, use the Search reports field at the top of the list.
Once a report is open, you can explore the data and act on it — for example, downloading it, scheduling a delivery, or building your own version. See the article on creating custom reports and dashboards for details.
