Overview
gaiia includes a built-in Referrals report that gives your team a self-serve view of referral program performance without requiring Snowflake access. In this article, we'll cover how to access the report, what data it includes, and when to use Snowflake instead.
Access the report
Navigate to Analytics > Checkout > Built-In Reports > Referrals.
What the report includes
The report shows:
- Referee and referrer details for each referral
- The status of each referral ("Pending", "Rewarded", or "Failed validation")
- Reward issuance dates
Advanced reporting and third-party tools
For more advanced reporting or integration with third-party fulfillment tools, referral data is also synced to Snowflake. Learn more about Snowflake.
