Overview

This release gives dispatch and network teams more control over their day-to-day work, and expands how reports and orders can be managed. Dispatchers can update many work orders at once and keep their appointment settings tidy, network teams can reuse archived sites more freely, orders can be re-credited to the right person, and custom reports can be kept private or shared with the right people. Here is a preview of what's coming so you can prepare.

Analytics

Workbook sharing & permissionsExpected: Coming soon
Custom reports (workbooks) are private by default and can be shared with specific people or with your whole organization, so teams control who sees each report. Rolling out on the new analytics experience.

Network

Archived network sites no longer block new sitesExpected: Releasing July 27th
An archived network site no longer conflicts with creating a new one — the conflict is only checked if you restore the archived record. This makes it easier to reuse or reorganize sites after archiving.

Orders

Reassign who an order is credited toExpected: Releasing July 27th
On the order page, authorized users will be able to change which user an order is attributed to — including reassigning to deactivated users. This helps when a sale is handed off between agents or an order was created under the wrong user.

Workforce

Bulk edit work order statusExpected: Releasing July 27th
Update the status of many work orders at once: select any number of rows in the work order table, choose a new status, and apply it across the whole selection in a single action — no more updating them one by one.

Arrival windows sort themselves in appointment settingsExpected: Releasing July 27th
Arrival windows in Settings → Appointments now sort into chronological order automatically as you edit them, so your appointment setup stays tidy and easy to scan.

Field Service App v1.16: maintenance mode and smoother updatesExpected: Coming soon
Version 1.16 of the Field Service App adds a maintenance-mode message that keeps technicians informed during planned outages, along with a cleaner flow when an app update is required. The update rolls out through the app stores.
