Overview

This release leans into the tools teams use every day. Dispatchers get stricter arrival-window validation and a tidier appointment settings page, workflow builders get one-click access to execution details, and checkout can filter plans by category instead of listing every speed and contract term separately. Here is a preview of what's coming so you can prepare.

User interface

Refreshed alert and callout stylingExpected: Coming soon
In-app alerts and callouts move onto the refreshed gaiia design system, with clearer colours and spacing for information, warning, and error messages. The look changes across the platform; the behaviour stays the same.

Billing

Free call allowance on voice plansExpected: Releasing August 3rd
Voice plans can include a set number of free calls before charges begin, so you can build packages that bundle an allowance of calls into the plan price.

Checkout

Filter plans in checkoutExpected: Releasing August 3rd
Customers can filter the plans shown in checkout by category, such as speed or contract length. This keeps the plan list readable when you offer the same speeds across several contract terms, instead of advertising a separate plan for every speed-and-term combination.

Tickets

Assign tickets to teamsExpected: Coming soon
Tickets can be owned by a team rather than only an individual, making it easier to route work to the right group and see what each team is responsible for.

Workflows

One-click link to node execution detailsExpected: Releasing August 3rd
Workflow execution details on the Account, Inventory, and Work Order workflow tabs now include a direct link from the node summary straight to the underlying node execution, collapsing what used to be a multi-click path into a single click. This uses your existing Workflow > Execution > View permission and is not available on mobile.

Workforce

Arrival window validation and tidier appointment settingsExpected: Releasing August 3rd
Arrival windows are now checked as you enter them: overlapping or invalid times are rejected, the six-window limit is enforced at entry, and windows sort into chronological order automatically. Settings then splits Appointments into General, Assignment, and Customer tabs so the page is easier to navigate.

Arrival windows by work typeExpected: Coming soon
Arrival windows can be set per work type, overriding your global windows for bookings of that type — useful when an installation needs different windows than a service call.

How we use these release notes

These notes represent a projection of upcoming changes over the next few weeks. Timelines may vary, and details may evolve. We may also update this article with additional information once features are fully released. Note that we only share changes that have a visible impact on the platform — many more improvements ship behind the scenes without appearing in the release notes, whether to stability, performance (such as loading times), or security.
