Overview
The new Knowledge Base is where you find gaiia help articles, quick-reference guides, and release notes. All articles are public, so you don't need to log in to read them.
This article walks through the home page, how to find articles, and where release notes live.
The home page
The Knowledge Base home page is organized into a few areas.
| Area | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Search bar | Search every article in the Knowledge Base by keyword. |
| Collections | Groups of related articles, such as Release repository and Field guide. Click a collection to see every article in it. |
| Popular Articles | The articles other gaiia users are reading most right now. |
| Top navigation | Quick links to system status, developer documentation, and the Support Portal. |
Finding an article
The fastest way to find an article is the search bar at the top of the home page.
- Go to support.gaiia.com
- Type a keyword or question in the Search bar
- Click an article in the results to open it
If you'd rather browse, click a collection on the home page to see all of its articles.
If you can't find what you're looking for, submit a Question ticket from the Support Portal and our team will help.
Top navigation
The links at the top of every Knowledge Base page take you to other gaiia resources.
- System status shows whether gaiia is fully operational. The link text reflects the current status, such as "All Systems Operational."
- Developer Documentation opens gaiia's API and developer reference.
- Customer Portal opens the Support Portal, where you submit and track tickets.
Release notes
Release notes are published in the Release repository collection. Each release has its own article, titled by date, such as "Release Notes: September 14th, 2026." The most recent releases often appear under Popular Articles on the home page too.
- Go to support.gaiia.com
- Click the Release repository collection
- Click a release to read its notes
Getting notified about new release notes
If you were subscribed to release notes in the previous help desk, you'll keep receiving an email each time new release notes are published. You don't need to do anything.
To subscribe or unsubscribe, log in to the Support Portal and fill out the release notes email subscription form. For details, see Subscribing to release notes emails.
