Overview
gaiia publishes new release notes every week in the Knowledge Base. If you'd like to know as soon as they're out, you can subscribe to get an email each time new release notes are published. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you were already subscribed to release notes before gaiia moved to its new support platform, you're still subscribed. You don't need to do anything.
Before you start
You need to be logged in to the Support Portal to change your subscription. If you haven't logged in before, see gaiia's New Support Portal - Accessing The Portal and Knowledge Base.
Subscribing or unsubscribing
Subscribing and unsubscribing both use the same form.
- Log in to the Support Portal
-
Go to the Release notes email subscription form
Your Name and Email are filled in for you.
-
In the Release notes by email field, select "Subscribe" or "Unsubscribe"
- Click
Submit
Your change takes effect right away. You won't receive a confirmation email.
Submitting the form also adds a ticket to your Issues tab in the Support Portal. It closes automatically, so you don't need to do anything with it.
Finding release notes without subscribing
You can read release notes anytime without subscribing. They're published in the Release repository collection at support.gaiia.com. For more on finding your way around, see gaiia's New Support Portal - Navigating the Knowledge Base.
