Overview

This release note highlights features such as secondary contact(s), custom account statuses and enhanced user interface features. It also includes bug fixes to optimize system functionality and user experience.

User interface

• Added Custom Account Statuses
  • This new feature allows to create/edit sub-status for better identification and customization.
  • Management of status can be done from the Admin > Account Status
    
    
    
    
• Added the possibility to add Secondary contact(s) to the account
  
   
  • Note: permission must be enabled to have access to this feature at the bottom of the contact panel 
  • Note: Secondary contacts can receive billing notifications if enabled in the contact preference. These billing messages will be an exact duplicate of the messages sent to the primary account
    
    
    

• Added the possibility to edit account GPS coordinates (Latitude and Longitude)

  

• Added the possibility to assign labels within the account creation form

  

• Added a Recipient column in the communication tab of an account

  

Checkout

• Added the ability for admins to configure more activation settings
  

• Fixed: Display monthly instalments amount in order summary subtotal correctly

Client Portal

• [Authorize.net] Now Support ACH payment method

Billing

• Added the possibility of entering an internal note for a One-time Discount

  

• Fixed: Now removing the delinquency tag if the balance due goes below the delinquency amount threshold after a partial payment

• Fixed: The shared subscription tag is now removed from accounts if the shared subscription is no longer assigned to the accounts

• Fixed: Now apply the right amount on account activation with a shared subscription
