This release note highlights significant improvements such as streamlined ticket handling, advanced mailing address selection, and enhanced user interface features. It also includes bug fixes to optimize system functionality and user experience.

Product Update

User interface

  • Worked on multiple small improvements:
    • Reordered the admin settings so they appear in alphabetical order
    • Removed the character limit on the unit input field
    • Improved how forms are displayed across gaiia
    • Updated the icon for addresses
    • Removed white space from address input fields to avoid duplicate addresses being created

Tickets

  • Added the possibility to bulk merge tickets

Workforce

  • Renamed “OPEN” work order status to “PENDING”
  • Added an “error” modal to prevent assigning overlapping work orders in the schedule view
